Galaxy S25 may get more One UI 8.5 features with June 2026 update
Samsung Galaxy S25 recently received the latest May 2026 security patch after the stable One UI 8.5 update. Even after getting the One UI 8.5 update following nearly five months of beta testing, some features are still missing from the Samsung Galaxy S25 lineup. Now, it looks like the upcoming June 2026 security update may finally bring these remaining features to Galaxy S25 users.
According to tipster Alfaturk, Samsung has already started internal testing for the June 2026 security patch. A new test build, S938NKSUACZEB, has reportedly been spotted for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The tipster also claims that the June 2026 update could include several missing One UI 8.5 features. Some of the expected additions are Horizon Lock, Now Nudge, Advanced Bixby, Notification Highlights, and a few other improvements that users were expecting with the stable update.

Samsung started rolling out the stable One UI 8.5 update last week. The update improved overall performance, animations, and system stability across the Galaxy S25 series. However, many users quickly noticed that some features were not available after installation.
Many Galaxy users believe Samsung may have delayed those features for a future update. Now, it seems like the June 2026 update could become more than just a normal monthly security patch. It may also bring new AI tools, better customization options, and additional One UI features to complete the software experience.
Samsung has not officially confirmed anything yet, but internal testing suggests that the company is actively working on the next update for the Galaxy S25 series. More details about the June 2026 update are expected to appear soon as testing continues. Stay tuned.
