The 5th Macau-Qingdao International Beer Carnival has once again taken place in Macau. This edition includes all advancements which mark deepening associations between Macau and Qingdao. Jointly organized by Wynn Macau, Wynn Palace and Asia Brewery (Macau) Co. Ltd, and the Macau Leisure Tourism Services Innovation Association, the fairs is scheduled between November 6th to 16th, 2025, in Wynn Palace.

The Beer Carnival has become one of the highly sought after events in the Macau calendar. This showcases the city’s value proposition to the world, underscoring Macau’s unique appeal as a one stop place for all leisure and tourism activities. One of the most exciting features of the 2025 edition of the carnival is the introduction of Tsingtao Extra Light, a new zero-sugar beer with low calories and carbohydrates, marking its Macau debut. The carnival will also showcase premium offerings such as Huadong wines and XO brandies, presenting a sophisticated and diverse culinary experience for visitors.

Zhang Hui, Deputy Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, highlighted the increasing interest among Qingdao residents in Macau’s culinary offerings, as well as Macau’s enthusiasm for Tsingtao Beer, which remains the top-selling beer brand in the region. Since entering the Macau market, Tsingtao has maintained a dominant position, cementing its status as a cultural bridge between the two cities.

According to Zhang Hui, over 125 flights have been scheduled on the Qingdao-Macau route this year, carrying more than 15,000 tourists, a record number for both cities.
