Samsung updates Galaxy Buds app to fix error message bug

19 December 2025 at 22:23

Some Samsung Galaxy Buds users are facing a common issue where an annoying message keeps popping up. The sudden message saying β€˜Galaxy Buds keeps stopping’ may interrupt the normal use of the Galaxy Buds app. Many users are confused about why this is happening and how to fix it.

The issue happens when using the Galaxy Buds app version v8.0.00.2300. It mainly appears when a Bluetooth device is connected to the phone. Due to this issue, the Galaxy Buds app may stop working or repeatedly show the error message. Because of this, users are not able to properly control their Galaxy Buds.

Fortunately, Samsung has officially confirmed this issue. According to a Samsung community moderator, the problem is linked to the older version of the Galaxy Buds app. The company has acknowledged that some users may experience the β€˜Galaxy Buds keeps stopping’ pop-up while using that version of the app with Bluetooth connections.

To fix the issue, Samsung has pushed a new version of the Galaxy Buds app. It is now important to update the Galaxy Buds app to version v8.0.00.2500 or later to address the error messages and improve overall app stability.

If you are facing this error message issue, install the Galaxy Buds app update now. For that, open Galaxy Store >> Click on the search icon and type Galaxy Buds >> Find the app and open it >> Tap the Update option to install the update.

After installing the update, open the app again and reconnect your Galaxy Buds. This should remove the error message and let you use your Galaxy Buds smoothly.
