Nitecore has introduced a new power bank that is particularly light and is based on silicon-carbon battery cells. The NB10000 Gen 4 can also store more energy than many other 10,000mAh power banks, which is why Nitecore refers to typical 13,000mAh power banks for comparison.

Ubiquiti has released a preview version of UniFi 10.1. It’s supposed to make setting up redundant networks easier, and it also introduces an interesting new feature for WiFi roaming.

The first three EF-24 high-speed ferries with electric propulsion and hydrofoil technology have arrived in Belfast. These are intended to improve connections between Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and England in the future, using small hydrofoil vessels capable of speeds up to 60 km/h.
