Samsung today announced it will stop selling all home appliance products in mainland China, including TVs and monitors, citing rapidly changing market conditions.

The South Korean tech giant clarified that customers who purchased appliances will continue to receive after-sales support, following Chinese consumer protection laws and national warranty regulations without any service disruption.

In response to the rapidly changing market environment, and after careful consideration, Samsung Electronics has decided to cease sales of all home appliance products in the Chinese mainland market, including TVs and monitors.

For users who have already purchased Samsung home appliance products, the company will continue to provide standardized after-sales services in strict accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, national “Three Guarantees” regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that users’ legal rights and interests remain unaffected.
