Samsung may soon launch a new smartphone in its A-series lineup – Galaxy A27. Now, the device has appeared on another certification website, which is usually a sign that a device is close to its official launch.

The Galaxy A27 has been spotted (91Mobiles) on the FCC database with model numbers SM-A276U and SM-A276B. The phone has been listed in both US and global variants, hinting at a wider release.

The certification does not reveal any major specifications but it confirms that Samsung is preparing the phone for launch. The Galaxy A27 is expected to join the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 as the latest members of Samsung’s A-series family.

Previous leaks suggest that the Galaxy A27 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and come with 6GB RAM. The phone is also expected to run Android 16 with One UI 8.5.

Moreover, the device is likely to feature a modern punch-hole display design, similar to the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57. Samsung may also include some of its AI-powered features.

The Galaxy A27 is rumored to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it could come with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor.

Samsung has not officially announced the Galaxy A27 yet. However, since the phone has already received FCC certification, its launch could take place in the coming weeks. More details about pricing, availability, and specifications are expected to be revealed closer to the official announcement.
