Samsung introduces The Frame Art TV for luxury hotels with AI personalization

16 June 2026 at 06:32

Samsung The Frame TV will now be shipped to luxury hotels with AI personalization features. On June 16, the company officially announced that its iconic Art TV is leaving the living room and will be seen in hotels.

The new hospitality version (model number HL03H) packs 4K QLED picture quality into a 27.5mm slim profile with an anti-glare panel built for real-world lighting conditions.

Even when the TV is powered off, Samsung’s Collection Hub keeps artwork and photography cycling on screen. The TV becomes part of the room’s design.

Samsung will showcase the new hotel version of “The Frame” at “HITEC 2026,” the world’s largest hospitality technology exhibition, held in San Antonio, Texas, USA, from June 15 to 18, aggressively targeting the hospitality TV market.

Samsung’s going further than aesthetics

The hotel Frame is the first in their hospitality lineup to support Generative Wallpaper, letting guests create and display their own custom images. Live Translate handles foreign language broadcasts for international travelers.

Google Cast and AirPlay are baked in across all Samsung hotel TV models from 2025. At checkout, every linked device gets wiped automatically.

Samsung’s LYNK Cloud platform sits behind all of it, letting hotel operators remotely manage TVs, push art collections that match the brand’s aesthetic, and mine viewing data for upsell opportunities.

The Frame hotel edition launches globally in the second half of 2026 in 43, 55, 65, and 75-inch sizes. Samsung is showing it at HITEC 2026 in San Antonio this week.
