Aaron Donald’s Wife Shuts Down Talk Of Teaming Up With Myles Garrett In LA

Aaron Donald may have stated that he felt “complete” after he concluded his 10-year career in the NFL, but things may soon change for him after a blockbuster move made by his former team, the Los Angeles Rams.

On Monday, the LA Rams acquired the two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns, a move that has sent shockwaves throughout the entire league.

Reacting to the news about the trade, NFL analyst Pat McAfee immediately reached out to the legendary defensive tackle on Tuesday and asked him if he’d be open to unretiring and play with Garrett.

“It for sure got me thinking. 35, removed two years ago, gotta see if that fire can light back up,” he replied.

While Donald didn’t dismiss the possibility of suiting up again for the Rams, his wife, Erica, immediately shut it down on X.

“Y’all are hilarious,” she tweeted on Tuesday.

After turning 35 on May 23, Donald has already been away from football for two full seasons, with his legacy as a beast in defense already secured with his three NFL Defensive Player of the Year honors and a Super Bowl title in 2021.

However, the prospect of playing with Garrett and building what could be the most terrifying defensive front in NFL history, as well as another ring, could just be enough to lure him back onto the field.

Donald may have to convince his wife, Erica, if he ever wants to return to the field, as they already welcomed a new chapter in their life after he called it quits a couple of years ago.

“I love you 99”: Aaron Donald’s wife Erica pens heartfelt dedication after his retirement

As Aaron Donald walked away from the field, his wife Erica recognized all his sacrifices to provide for his family and become one of the all-time greats in the history of the NFL.

On March 15, 2024, Erica shared an emotional post on Instagram, saluting the Rams legend for what he’s achieved in his career.

“Won’t make this too long because you know the real. 😘,” she wrote. “I am beyond proud of you. The man you are as a husband and a father, the career you had, and the blessings you give. I love you 99. Cheers to the next chapter.”

Before Aaron Donald retired, he had spent 10 seasons with the Rams and helped them win Super Bowl LVI.

Donald was a huge part of their win more than four years ago against the Cincinnati Bengals, as he sealed the Rams’ victory by bursting through the line and swarming the Bengals’ quarterback, Joe Burrow, to force an incomplete pass with just 43 seconds left on the clock.

With his decision to retire from the game, Aaron has turned his focus back to Erica and their three children.

Louisiana Rapper Goes Viral After Criticizing Caleb Williams’ Painted Nails on Madden 27 Cover

Caleb Williams has already established himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. He has been amazing for the Chicago Bears ever since they drafted him in the 2024 NFL Draft as the No. 1 overall pick.

He had many memorable and iconic moments in the 2025 season, carrying them to their first playoff victory in 15 years. He recently achieved an important milestone, but one individual had a problem with him.

Rapper criticizes Caleb Williams’ painted nails on Madden 27 cover

Williams was recently announced by EA Sports as the cover athlete for Madden NFL 27. He made history as he became the first ever Bears player to appear on the game’s cover. The game is scheduled to be released on June 4, 2026, with a worldwide launch on August 13, 2026, across major platforms.

The video game cover’s standard edition cover depicts Williams throwing a jump pass with the Chicago skyline in the background. The deluxe edition of the game features Williams performing his signature “Iceman” celebration. In the deluxe edition, he can be seen with custom-painted fingernails displaying the Chicago flag, the Bears “C” logo, the NFL shield, and a silhouette of John Madden.

Despite all the praise, Louisiana rapper Boosie Badazz voiced strong displeasure with the painted nails. In a viral Instagram post, he wrote, “Fingernails painted on Madden. Young boys look up to you, bro, smh n Caleb Williams, this is the example u set for them.” He further wrote, “u want respect from your teammates n your hands look like they b-h nails at home smh whoever thought u would see this on a Madden cover. I feel sorry for these kids.”

Williams has not responded to the negative sentiment. He is known to wear painted nails previously during games as well, and there is a good reason for it.

Caleb Williams talks about painted nails on Madden cover

Williams has said that he painted his nails since high school, and still continues it in the NFL. He began this practice to honor his mother, who is a professional nail technician.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Williams talked about how EA Sports approved of his nails.

He said, “That’s what’s cool about Madden and EA and the cast that we had there. They wanted me to be myself, they wanted that energy. We want you to be you, we want you to do as you do. We want you to wear what you wear on game day, we want you to dress how you dress, we want you to do this because we want it to be the most real version. It’s nice, it’s freeing, and obviously, they were a great staff to work with.”

Caleb Williams will now have to prepare as the 2026 NFL season approaches.

New video adds alarming chapter to Browns rookie Joe Royer’s situation

The conversation around Cleveland Browns fifth-round tight end Joe Royer, already generating significant attention online over the past week, took a more serious turn on Wednesday when a new video surfaced showing the 24-year-old making an explicit sexual remark directed at girls under 18.

In the clip circulating on social media, Royer is heard telling underage girls to contact him once they turn 18, using explicit language, per Dov Kleiman on X. The video has been shared widely as the latest development in what social media has labeled the “Royer files.”

How the situation escalated from photos to a pattern that raises deeper concerns

The controversy began earlier this week when photos surfaced of Royer attending the high school graduation of Rilee Stepp, the 18-year-old daughter of his former Cincinnati tight ends coach Josh Stepp.

Additional images showed Rilee wearing Royer’s No. 11 jersey to a UC football game while she was still in high school. Social media accounts quickly pointed to the circumstances: Royer was her father’s player, knew the family during her high school years, and was photographed at her graduation in family photos.

Insane: A new video of Browns rookie TE Joe Royer has surfaced and gone viral of him sending a message to girls that are under 18.

“When you’re 18 hit me up, then I’ll f**k you.”

Stepp made all of her social media accounts private after speculation went public. No formal relationship has been confirmed, and no charges have been filed in connection with any of the situations circulating online, according to Total Pro Sports.

The newly surfaced video changes the nature of the conversation. While the graduation photos raised questions about the relationship’s timeline, the new clip shows Royer on camera making an explicit statement directed at girls he acknowledged were underage at the time. That has shifted the reaction from debate to something considerably more serious online.

Royer was selected 170th overall in the 2026 NFL Draft out of Cincinnati. He attended his first day of Browns rookie minicamp on May 8. He has not commented publicly on any of the videos or photos circulating about him. The Browns organization has also not issued a statement.

The NFL’s personal conduct policy covers behavior that reflects negatively on the league regardless of whether criminal charges are filed. Whether the league or the Browns address the situation formally remains to be seen.

Former NFL QB Turns Into Sports Agent

One of Range Sports’ former clients has become a colleague. It has been announced that former NFL player Nathan Peterman will continue to work as an agent for the agency’s football division under the representation of NFLPA agent Kyle Strongin. Strongin has been with the company for many years.

A primary focus of Peterman’s role will be talent identification and recruitment, representation of NIL players, pending certification, and NFL player representation. It is expected that he will become a certified NFL agent in the near future. His base of operations will be Jacksonville, and he will report to Strongin.

With more than a decade of experience in both the National Football League and high-level college football, Peterman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. After being drafted by Buffalo in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, he spent time with the Bills, Raiders, and Bears.

With Range, Peterman will be able to apply his first-hand experience of roster turnover, contract negotiations, and locker room dynamics to provide players with advice from high school through the NFL.

With 15 members spread across Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, Houston, Dallas, and now Jacksonville, Range Football represents more than 60 National Football League and NIL clients, including Brock Purdy, Cam Skattebo, Riley Moss and top BYU quarterback commit Ryder Lyons.
