The company is set to unveil an agentic AI ecosystem powered by Gemini. Attention is focused on whether the company will present a blueprint for the era of βagentic AI.β
This yearβs developer conference is expected to showcase Googleβs next-generation AI strategy centered around Gemini, the companyβs core AI model.
Industry insiders believe the key focus of the event will be βGemini Intelligence.β The system refers to AI that can control and operate various applications on behalf of users.
Its main feature is the ability to complete tasks that would normally require switching between multiple apps in a single workflow.

Additionally, the Mountain View company is expected to unveil a new Gemini model during the event. Based on previous patterns, Google will likely announce an updated version of Gemini 3.0 instead of Gemini 4.0 release.
The update is expected to include AI-powered video and high-quality music features, 3D video conferencing, and improvements in reasoning and multimodal capabilities.
Google is also reportedly pushing forward with a project to merge ChromeOS into a new Android-based desktop operating system. The project is reportedly codenamed βAluminum OSβ and could launch as early as this fall.
This yearβs event will also introduce Android XR smart glasses. Google is jointly developing the glasses with Samsung Electronics, Gentle Monster, and Warby Parker, with a launch planned for this year.
