Kanazawa City Bus Ride Guide
1. Wait at the bus stop. The destination and timetable are displayed at the bus stop.
Check the bus number and destination you want to take.
2. Kanazawa City buses have a style where you board through the rear door and exit through the front door.
There are also types where you take a numbered ticket when boarding.
3. The fare corresponding to the number on your ticket will be displayed on the fare display board at the front of the bus.
4. Press the button when you want to get off.
When you approach the bus stop where you want to get off, press the "get off button" inside the bus to let the driver know.
5. Get off at the front door and pay the fare. If paying by cash, place the money in the fare box.
If you have an IC card or credit card, please touch it to the card reader when boarding and exiting the bus.

Buses are an essential means of sightseeing in Kanazawa City.
There are six types of tourist buses in Kanazawa City.
①Castle Town (clockwise route) Kanazawa Loop Bus
The bus departs from bus stop 7 at the east exit of Kanazawa Station, and goes around Hashibacho, Kenrokuen Garden, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Korinbo, and Omicho Market, passing through Kobashicho and Moriyama 1-chome.

There are two bus stops closest to the hotel on the clockwise route.
Musashi-ga-tsuji and Omicho Market (Kanazawa Omotesando Exit)
It is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel.
Musashi-ga-tsuji and Omicho Market (in front of Kanazawa M'za Kuromon Koji)
It is about a 3-minute walk to the hotel.

Operating hours: First bus departs at 8:30, last bus departs at 18:00
Note: ICa (Hokuriku Railroad IC card tickets) cannot be used. *Please note that this does not go to Nishi Chaya District, where the Ninja Temple is located.
②Castle Town (Counterclockwise Route) Kanazawa Loop Bus
The bus departs from bus stop 7 at the east exit of Kanazawa Station and goes around Omicho Market, Oyama Shrine, Korinbo, Katamachi, Hirokoji, Sakurabashi, Hondamachi, 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kenrokuen Garden, and Hashibamachi.

There is one bus stop closest to the hotel on the left-hand route.
Musashi-ga-tsuji and Omicho Market (in front of Ichibakan)
It is about a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

3. Hokuriku Railroad Group Route Buses
This bus is also used by Kanazawa residents to commute to work or school.
There are more services than the sightseeing bus, and you can get from Kanazawa Station to the main tourist spots for 210 yen.
It is also possible to access the suburban Kanazawa Port Cruise Terminal, the Ono and Kanaishi areas, Yuwaku Onsen, and other areas.

Musashi-ga-tsuji and Omicho Market (in front of Ichibakan)
It is about a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
If you are boarding from Kanazawa Station, please get off at the "Ichibakan-mae" bus stop.
Musashi-ga-tsuji and Omicho Market (in front of Kanazawa M'za Kuromon Koji)
It is about a 3-minute walk to the hotel.
If you are boarding from Nonoichi or Korinbo, please get off at the bus stop "Kanazawa Mza Kuromon Koji Mae."

④ Kanazawa Flat Bus
The Furatto Bus is a convenient way to casually explore downtown Kanazawa, which still retains its narrow, winding streets and slopes that were built during the feudal era.
This bus is essential for the daily lives of Kanazawa residents, whether for shopping or going to the hospital.
There are four routes: Konohana Route, Kikugawa Route, Zaimoku Route, and Nagamachi Route.
◇Konohana Route
The bus departs from platform 1 at the east exit of Kanazawa Station, passes through Asano Honmachi, and returns to its starting point, Kanazawa Station.
It's a blue line on the map.
*Please note that the Furatto Bus heading to Kanazawa Station only runs on this Konohana route.
◇ Kikugawa Route
Depart from in front of Korinbo Yamato Atrio.
The tour will return to the starting point in front of Yamato Atrio via Shintatemachi and Kanazawa University Hospital.
It's a red line on the map.
◇Lumber route
The tour departs from Musashi-ga-tsuji/Omicho Market, passes along the Asano River, passes through Kenrokuen Garden, and returns to the starting point, Musashi-ga-tsuji/Omicho Market.
It's a green line on the map.
◇Nagamachi Route
The tour departs from Musashi-ga-tsuji/Omicho Market, passes through Nishi Chaya District, and returns to the starting point, Musashi-ga-tsuji/Omicho Market.
It's an orange line on the map.
Other Information
Payment method: Cash only. *National transportation IC cards can be used only on the Zaimoku and Nagamachi routes.
Fare: 100 yen for adults, 50 yen for children (elementary school students)

⑤JR West Bus Route Bus
This is a bus route that connects Kanazawa Station to Morimoto Station.
From the east exit of Kanazawa Station, we will tour the tourist spots in Kanazawa City and head towards Morimoto Station.
This bus has five types of service: Meikan Line, Saida Line, Higashi-Chogoe Line, Circular Line, and Johoku Sports Park Line.

This bus operates on limited days and travels around illuminated spots in Kanazawa City.

Buses within Kanazawa City usually cost 210 yen per section.
Payment can be made not only with cash, but also with credit cards and nationwide transportation IC cards.
However, if you plan to use the bus multiple times for sightseeing, the Kanazawa City 1-Day Free Pass is by far the best deal.
This ticket is
・Adults: 800 yen・Elementary school students and younger: 400 yen
It is sold at and allows unlimited bus rides in one day.
For example, if you take the bus four times at the regular fare, the total cost will be 840 yen.
In other words, if you plan to ride the train four or more times, this ticket is a better deal.
This ticket can be used on the six types of buses introduced above, making it the perfect ticket for those who want to travel around tourist spots efficiently.
