Samsung Art Store showcases 20 historic Korean masterpieces
Samsung has teamed up with the National Museum of Korea to share 20 special artworks from the Lee Kun-Hee Collection on the Samsung Art Store. With this update, Samsung TV users around the world can enjoy famous Korean artworks from the comfort of their homes on The Frame, The Frame Pro, and QLED TVs.
These artworks are shown in high-quality 4K resolution, which makes the colors and details clear and lifelike. The selected pieces reflect the beauty and history of traditional Korean art. Among the highlights is βClearing after Rain on Mount Inwang,β a realistic landscape painting that shows nature as it truly looks.
Another well-known work, βTen Symbols of Longevity,β represents hopes for a long and healthy life. Visitors can also enjoy βSound of Autumn,β painted by Kim Hongdo, one of the most important artists of the Joseon period.

Samsung and the National Museum of Korea hope this project helps more people learn about and appreciate Korean culture. The 20 artworks will stay available on the Samsung Art Store until January 2027.
At the same time, more than 200 artworks from the Lee Kun-Hee Collection are being shown at the Smithsonianβs National Museum of Asian Art in Washington, in an exhibition called βKorean Treasures: Collected, Cherished, Shared.β The collection will also travel to the Art Institute of Chicago and the British Museum.
