The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom property spans 4,180 square feet and—perhaps unsurprisingly—comes complete with a sizable three-car garage.
Haywood's home, which is listed with Jane Chefan and Jessica ChefanHansen with One Sotheby’s International Realty, was designed for "everyday comfort and elegant entertaining," according to its description.
"Located within one of St. Augustine’s most desirable waterfront enclaves and designed by renowned Cronk Duch Architects, the home offers refined coastal living within walking distance of historic downtown St. Augustine," a press release shared with Realtor.com reveals.
Before entering the property, guests are greeted with a coastal facade emphasized by blue and white paneling.
Upon walking in, guests are wowed by the white walls adorned in art, the soaring ceilings, and the elegant wooden staircase.
The listing notes that the home "offers refined coastal living with uncompromising quality, privacy, and craftsmanship throughout."
Adjacent to the foyer is the living area, which features a cozy fireplace, dark wooden floors, and black French doors that allow natural light to flood inside.
The kitchen is certainly one of the most lavish areas of the home.
The press release reveals, "Find a chef’s kitchen featuring high-end appliances and an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly into the family and dining areas. A sophisticated wet bar is outfitted with custom built-in cabinetry and a 140-bottle Sub-Zero wine cooler.
"Rich architectural details include Carlisle wide-plank heart-of-pine flooring throughout, custom built-ins, curated lighting, and a dedicated home theater with updated equipment."
Moving upstairs, there is a large primary suite with enough room for a king-sized bed. There are also many large windows in the bedrooms.
The master bathroom is the epitome of elegance as it boasts marble countertop vanities, a large soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower.
There is also an office space with dark wood furnishings such as a desk and cabinetry.
"Luxury amenities continue with a sauna, whole-home Sonos sound system, residential elevator, central vacuum system, and built-in safe.
"The property includes two separate casitas with private access, perfect for guests, extended family, or adaptable uses such as a home office or studio," the press release notes.
Although the interior of the dwelling is certainly luxurious, the exterior somehow tops it with its "luxurious heated saltwater lap pool with updated equipment, a convenient cabana bath, and a gas firepit—all set against the tranquil waterfront backdrop."
For outdoor adventure enthusiasts, there is also a new dock with concrete pilings, boat and jet ski lifts, and vinyl bulkhead that are situated on a 75 x 160 waterfront lot.
The listing adds, "Constructed for durability and peace of mind, the home features concrete block construction, cementitious siding, a metal roof, hurricane windows, foam insulation, two new AC units, and a 26 kW generator supported by a 500-gallon buried gas tank.
"The main garage offers a vehicle lift and extensive custom cabinet storage. This rare waterfront offering blends timeless architectural design, modern luxury, and exceptional construction in one of St. Augustine's most coveted, walkable locations."
