Juventus star Kenan Yildiz is set to be available to Luciano Spalletti for Wednesday’s Coppa Italia match against Atalanta, despite coming off at half-time during Sunday’s 4-1 victory over Parma in Serie A.
Yildiz expected to be available for Atalanta-Juventus
Yildiz had been a big doubt for the Bianconeri after coming off 45 minutes into Sunday’s 4-1 hammering of Parma at the Stadio Tardini. However, according to updates from La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turkish talent was struggling with muscular fatigue rather than a new injury.
That meant that he was able to take part in Wednesday’s training session, albeit not for the full extent of the workout.

According to Wednesday’s reports, Yildiz is expected to travel with the Bianconeri squad for Thursday’s Coppa Italia quarter-final away against Atalanta. He is not currently expected to start, but could potentially feature from the substitutes’ bench in the second half.
Yildiz is also on the verge of putting pen to paper on a new and improved contract extension, which is expected to make him one of Juventus’s highest-paid players.
Cristian Chivu looks set to name a heavily rotated Inter side for Wednesday night’s Coppa Italia quarter-final against Torino in San Siro, with potential opportunities for the likes of Davide Frattesi, Andy Diouf and Ange-Yoan Bonny.
This will be Inter’s second game in the Coppa Italia this season. Chivu’s side beat Venezia 5-1 in the round of 16 to qualify for tonight’s quarter final. Torino have eliminated Modena, Pisa and Roma already from the competition this season.

According to Sky Sport Italia, a string of Inter’s ‘reserve’ players are set to be given opportunities on Wednesday night. That could potentially include back-up goalkeeper Josep Martinez, 36-year-old Matteo Darmian, midfielders Diouf and Frattesi and Bonny in attack.
Torino, meanwhile, are less likely to change a winning side, and according to the latest updates, are not expected to make any more than one or two changes to the side that won against Lecce on Saturday.
Kick-off this evening is due at 20.00 GMT.
