Huawei launches MateView GT 2026 monitors with 27-inch 2K/4K displays & 200Hz/160Hz refresh rates
Huawei has officially launched the MateView GT 2026 monitor series in China, aimed at professionals, gamers, and entertainment enthusiasts.

Huawei MateView GT 2026 Specifications
The series is offered in four configurations, including the Smooth version (Standard and Sound variants) and the Ultra HD version (Standard and Sound variants), each designed to cater to different usage needs ranging from office work to immersive entertainment and gaming.
The monitor features a 27-inch display across all variants, with a high 91% screen-to-body ratio. The Ultra HD Sound edition stands out as it comes with Huaweiβs Cloud Clear Soft Light screen technology, which focuses on reducing glare and reflections while improving eye comfort. The remaining models sport a standard full-screen panel but still retain TΓV Rheinland certifications for low blue light and flicker-free performance.

In terms of resolution and refresh rate, the Ultra HD variants offer a 4K resolution paired with a 160Hz refresh rate. These models also support a dual-mode system, allowing users to switch to 1080p at up to 320Hz. The Smooth variants, on the other hand, come with a 2K resolution and support up to a 200Hz refresh rate.

For colors, Huawei has equipped the monitors with 95% DCI-P3 and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. Each monitor comes factory-calibrated to achieve a color accuracy of ΞE < 2. Brightness levels differ between models. The Ultra HD versions offer a peak brightness of 450 nits, while the Smooth variants provide up to 350 nits.

The Sound editions equip a built-in 4.1-channel speaker system tuned with Huawei Sound. This setup includes multiple drivers that handle low, mid, and high frequencies separately, creating a more immersive and layered audio experience. The Standard versions do not include built-in speakers.
Connectivity options vary slightly depending on the variant. The Ultra HD models feature dual HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 interface, and, in the Sound edition, a USB-C port that supports video transmission and 100W reverse charging. The Smooth Sound variant also includes USB-C, while the standard Smooth model comes with a single HDMI 2.1 port and DisplayPort.
The monitors also feature an ergonomic stand that supports tilt adjustment and vertical rotation, allowing users to customize viewing angles.
