Gemini Live now allows users to explore news with follow-up questions

Gemini Live is making news easier to understand and more interesting to follow. Before, when you asked for news, it only gave short headlines with quick details. Now, it gives better and longer explanations, so you can understand what is really happening.

You can now ask questions while listening to the news. Like, if you hear a story and want to know more, you can simply ask, β€œtell me more about it.” You don’t have to start again or repeat your question. This makes it feel like a normal conversation.

Most voice assistants only read the news once and stop. They don’t let you ask more questions easily. But Gemini Live is different. It lets you keep talking and learn more about the topics you care about. This helps you understand the news better, instead of just hearing headlines and moving on.

You don’t need to install anything new. If you are already using Gemini Live early access, this feature is ready to use. You just need to start a conversation and ask for the latest news. It will collect information from different sources and explain it in a simple way.

At the same time, the Google Home app is also improving. It now supports Android 16 features like a full-screen look and a smoother back button. This makes the app easier and nicer to use. Stay tuned for more information.
