The QD-OLED / WOLED panel lottery was reserved only for markets outside the US and Korea previously, but with the latest S90H OLED TV series, Samsung seemingly decided to eliminate this issue by completely ditching QD-OLED panels for WOLEDs globally. No more lottery and no more QD-OLEDs at a more affordable price point either.
Thanks to the outstanding Snapdragon X2 Elite implementation, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x Gen 11 model is shaping up to be the new battery life ultrabook champ of 2026. Performance is up there with the latest Intel and AMD competition, but the $900 starting price is iffy considering the market conditions.
