The OnePlus Nord CE 6 series is set to make its debut in India on May 7, bringing a renewed focus on performance, endurance, and durability. The lineup includes the Nord CE 6 and marks the return of the Lite variant after a gap of one year. Here’s a look at the officially details of the CE 6 series confirmed by the brand.

The OnePlus Nord CE 6 is designed as an all-round performer, combining a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset with a dedicated Touch Reflex chip. This dual-chip setup aims to deliver stable performance across daily tasks as well as demanding gaming scenarios. It supports up to 144fps gameplay in select titles, along with a high touch sampling rate of 3200Hz for quicker response.

To further improve gaming control, the device includes a 6-axis gyroscope that enables more accurate motion input. Thermal management is handled by a large vapour chamber cooling system with an area exceeding 33,000 mm², helping maintain consistent performance during longer sessions. On the durability front, the device comes with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings, along with MIL-STD-810H certification, indicating strong resistance to environmental stress.

The Nord CE 6 features a 6.78-inch display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, offering smooth visuals for both gaming and media consumption. A key highlight is its ,8000mAh battery, paired with 80W fast charging, which is claimed to deliver over two days of usage on a single charge. It also supports bypass charging to reduce heat and 27W reverse wired charging for added convenience.

Alongside it, the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite returns with confirmed upgrades including a 144Hz display, Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset, and a 7,000mAh battery, positioning it as a strong option in the more accessible segment. In terms of design, the Nord CE6 will be available in Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl, and Pitch Black, while the Lite model comes in Vivid Mint and Hyper Black.

Earlier this month, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Nord 6 equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip. This phone debuted as a tweaked version of the OnePlus Turbo 6, which launched earlier this year in China.

Now, in a new development, the alleged Nord CE 6 has appeared in Geekbench’s database with a Snapdragon 7-series chip. This suggests that it could be based on the OnePlus Turbo 6V, which is already available in the Chinese market.

As seen above, an upcoming OnePlus handset with model number CPH2805 has surfaced in Geekbench’s database. The CPU and GPU details mentioned in the listing suggest that it could be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.

The inclusion of this chip suggests that this device could be the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 6. The listing further reveals that it is equipped with 8GB of RAM and Android 16. Its single-core and multi-core scores are 1,101 and 3,117 points, respectively.

To recall, the CPH2805 device was spotted back in December last year in a report by AndroidHeadlines. Subsequent reports suggested that it will be a global version of China’s OnePlus Turbo 6V.

The OnePlus Nord CE 6 is expected to feature a 6.8-inch flat OLED panel delivering a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4-powered device is expected to offer 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Like the Nord 6, the CE variant may pack a huge 9,000mAh battery and support 80W fast charging. For photography, it may feature a 32-megapixel front camera, while the rear camera setup may include a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. It is expected to run on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16.

As per a recent report, the Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite may launch in May in India. As for the Lite model, it was reportedly spotted with the Dimensity 7400 chip on Geekbench last week.
