Expert reveals the truth about Arsenal star being eyed for Bayern Munich transfer
Arsenal forward Kai Havertz may have been linked with a transfer to Bayern Munich, but for now Christian Falk says the rumours are not true.
Writing in the latest edition of his exclusive column for CF Bayern Insider, Falk made it clear that Havertz is not currently part of Bayern’s plans.
It also seems that the Germany international himself is focused on next season with Arsenal, instead of looking for a possible move this summer.

Kai Havertz looks set to stay at Arsenal
Arsenal fans may have mixed feelings about Havertz, but for now there’ll surely be a decent chunk of Gooners who will be happy to hear that he doesn’t look likely to be leaving.
“I heard the rumours a few weeks ago and checked up on it. There were no talks, no negotiations. Havertz is already thinking about next season with Arsenal,” Falk said.

“I think he would like to play for Bayern Munich in the future, but at the moment, his name wasn’t discussed by the supervisory board. He’s not, at present, on Bayern’s summer shortlist.”
Havertz has 34 goals in 107 games for Arsenal, and one imagines he will continue to have a role to play, even if it’s just a squad player in Mikel Arteta’s side.
Capable of playing up front or in midfield, the 26-year-old is perhaps not the most consistent performer, but he has shown moments of real quality during his time at the Emirates Stadium.
Bayern to look elsewhere for striker depth?
Bayern eyeing Havertz could well have made sense for this summer as Nicolas Jackson’s time on loan at the Allianz Arena will be coming to an end.
Vincent Kompany could do well to bring in someone to provide more depth behind Harry Kane, and there’ll surely be a few names on the club’s radar.
Still, it seems we can rule Havertz out for now, according to Falk, though it will be interesting to see if this changes in the weeks and months ahead.
