One UI 9 gives Samsung’s Warranty and Care a complete redesign with smarter repair tracking

Samsung is giving the Warranty and Care section in One UI 9 a major overhaul. Instead of simply displaying warranty status, the redesigned page becomes a central hub for warranty information, scheduled repairs, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and Samsung Care+ management.

It also introduces a refreshed interface, a new app icon, and tighter integration with Bixby and Samsung Members, making after-sales support much easier to access.

A cleaner design with a brand-new icon

The first thing users will notice is a completely redesigned Warranty and Care icon that better matches One UI 9’s refreshed visual language.

The interface has also been reorganized with larger cards, simplified navigation, and dedicated sections for support services instead of scattering them across different Samsung apps.

What devices and warranty information will be shown?

One UI 9 will automatically display all Samsung devices linked to your account in one place.

This includes:

  • Your Galaxy phone
  • Galaxy Watch
  • Galaxy Buds
  • Galaxy Tab
  • Other eligible Samsung devices

Each device will display its current warranty status, making it easier to check which products are still covered without manually searching through Samsung’s website.

Can you track Samsung repairs in One UI 9?

One UI 9 adds a Scheduled Repair section that lets users keep track of upcoming service appointments directly inside Warranty and Care.

The page can display:

  • Scheduled repair dates
  • Service center information
  • Device being repaired
  • Current repair status

How does Bixby and Samsung Members integration work?

Samsung is combining several support tools into a single experience. Instead of jumping between multiple apps, Warranty and Care will include direct access to:

  • Ask Bixby for troubleshooting guidance
  • Samsung Members Diagnostics to test hardware
  • Repair request options
  • Remote management tools

What does the new welcome screen do?

First-time users will see a redesigned welcome page explaining the app’s main functions.

The introduction highlights four primary features:

  • Get warranty information
  • Manage repairs
  • Find troubleshooting solutions
  • Contact Samsung experts
