Samsung‘s One UI 8.5 is currently in development and is expected to bring several improvements and new features over One UI 8. A recent report reveals that the One UI 8.5 will introduce significant changes to Samsung’s Phone app.

According to a reliable tipster, TarunVats, the Samsung Phone app will bring notable changes with One UI 8.5. Samsung is to introduce a blur effect on buttons, which gives the interface a more sophisticated, layered look.

This blur effect may seem minor at first glance, but it represents a shift in Samsung’s approach to UI design.

In addition to the blur effect, leaks suggest One UI 8.5 may include further design enhancements to the Samsung Phone app. This update will reportedly improve the UI elements of the phone call screen. The new subtle effect separates functional elements from the background to make key actions more visually.
