Google has now introduced new touch-up tools in the Google Photos image editor. These let you "apply subtle enhancements" that refine skin texture, remove blemishes, brighten eyes, or whiten teeth. To use the new tools, select a face in a photo and choose one of the options: heal, smooth, under eyes, irises, teeth, eyebrows, or lips. Once you've selected an effect, you can then adjust its intensity. These tools are currently rolling out globally in the Google Photos app for Android, for devices with at least 4GB of RAM that are running Android 9.0 and later. Source
