An exciting Indianapolis 500 was capped off with a win by Felix Rosenqvist, who used a fuel strategy to get to the front in the final 50 laps of the race. A late caution set up a final shootout between Rosenqvist, David Malukas, and Marcus Armstrong, with Rosenqvist coming out on top.

This year’s Indianapolis 500 saw the most lead changes in the history of the race. Rosenqvist ended up winning by the smallest margin of victory ever in the 500.

Now, the full-time drivers head to a much different kind of track on the streets of Detroit. Last season, Kyle Kirkwood won the race, with Santino Ferrucci and Colton Herta rounding out the podium.

Alex Palou enters Sunday as the points leader. He’s in search of his fifth IndyCar title and what would be his fourth in a row.
