Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro gets FCC nod for US launch
Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro in 2026, and the premium variant has just surfaced on the FCC database, signaling its US launch.
FCC certified both the left and right earbuds of the Buds 4 Pro lineup through FCC ID A3LSMR640L and A3LSMR640R, respectively.
The emergence of the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro on the FCC database doesnβt just confirm the US launch, but also spills the beans on key specifications. The product carries model number SM-R640, as per the FCC certification site.

Details revealed through the FCC are technical specs of the earbuds. Meanwhile, Samsung is preparing intelligent features for the hearables. Users will also receive gestures to control and adjust specific functions.
Samsung will further improve the active noise cancellation. Galaxy AI will play a key role in elevating the listening experience further. Battery life is also slated to be improved levaraging optimizations and internal tweaks.
