Samsung Galaxy A07 5G rumored to get a 6,000mAh battery
Samsung may be preparing a small but meaningful upgrade for its budget Galaxy A lineup, and the focus appears to be battery life.

According to certification listings that surfaced in Brazil, a device believed to be the Galaxy A07 5G is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery. If accurate, that would be a step up from the Galaxy A07 4G, which ships with a 5,000mAh cell.
That extra capacity could matter. The Galaxy A07 has been one of Samsung’s highest-selling phones by volume in 2025, largely because of the brand value and a low price. The existing model already delivers full-day battery life, and a 1,000mAh increase would only make the 5G version easier to sell.
Other details suggest Samsung isn’t aiming for a major performance jump. The phone is said to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. That setup is familiar territory and closely matches what Samsung already offers in the Galaxy A06 5G.
Still, the addition of 5G support changes the equation slightly. Combined with a large battery, it positions the Galaxy A07 5G as a practical option for buyers who want faster connectivity, without paying extra for premium hardware they may not need.
As usual, Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed the device. Pricing, launch timing, and regional availability remain unknown for now. That said, reports point to a possible announcement in the coming weeks.
If these leaks hold up, the Galaxy A07 5G doesn’t look flashy. But it doesn’t need to be. In the entry-level segment, long battery life and reliable basics often matter more than anything else — and that’s exactly where Samsung seems to be placing its bet.
