Samsung and Dacor bring smart kitchens to KBIS 2026
Samsung is showing its latest smart kitchen appliances at the 2026 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Orlando. The company is combining its smart AI features with its luxury brand Dacor to make kitchens more connected and convenient.
Dacor is presenting new wine appliances for wine lovers. These include a 24-Inch Undercounter Wine Cellar, a Wine Column, and a Built-in Wine Dispenser. The dispenser holds four bottles and has two temperature zones for red and white wines. Users can pour the exact amount of wine with just a touch.
In addition, Dacor is introducing a hidden kitchen design. Appliances like the refrigerator, cooktop, and award-winning dishwasher are built into cabinets or curved walls. This makes the kitchen blend nicely into the home. All Dacor appliances work with SmartThings, which allows easy control from a phone.

Samsungβs Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub uses AI Vision to recognize food inside the fridge. This helps users keep track of ingredients and plan meals. Samsung is improving this feature so it can identify even more types of food.
Other Bespoke AI appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, and laundry machines, were on display. They all connect through SmartThings for easy control. Bixby voice commands can help suggest recipes or guide cooking.
Home Appliance Remote Management lets users monitor, diagnose, and get help for appliances remotely. Regular updates make sure devices stay smart and efficient. With these innovations, Samsung and Dacor aim to make kitchens smarter, more stylish, and easier to use.
