WrestleMania 42 match card: Full order for Night 2

The build toward WrestleMania 42 has been a sloppy, occasionally desperate and nonsensical mess. But underneath the chaos of last-second celebrity involvement and the general malaise beyond it is a two-night extravaganza for which some of the world's most talented wrestlers have saved their best.

WrestleMania won't have to be too crazy to exceed expectations after a frustrating run-up. Fortunately for fans looking to escape streaming personalities or hastily injected talk show hosts, the second night of the event is better aligned for pure wrestling, er, sports entertainment. Roman Reigns gets the chance to end another season at the top of the federation. Trick Williams awaits a minor coronation. Jade Cargill will have the chance she can be more than just an incredible look in the ring.

So who's fighting on night two in Las Vegas? We don't know the exact order yet, but we know who'll be performing and have a rough idea what the lineup will look like, starting with a match that allows Brock Lesnar to leave the arena before anyone else.

1. Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar

2. Sami Zayn (c) vs. Trick Williams for the WWE United States Championship

3. Penta (c) vs. Je'Von Evans vs. Dragon Lee vs. JD McDonagh vs. Rusev vs. Rey Mysterio in a ladder match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship

4. Finn BΓ‘lor vs. Dominik Mysterio

5. Jade Cargill (c) vs. Rhea Ripley for the WWE Women's Championship

6. CM Punk (c) vs. Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship

WrestleMania 42 match card: Full order for Night 1

Welcome to one of the least anticipated WrestleManias in the event's storied history.

A cascading effect of stale storylines, rising ticket prices and celebrity over-involvement have turned the biggest spectacle in professional wrestling into a disinterested shrug on the pro wrestling landscape. WrestleMania 42 will feature a handful of great matches and a hefty heaping of nonsense, whether in the form of a last-minute Pat McAfee insertion in night one's main event or the entirety of night two, which McAfee loudly told the world on national television is "[expletive]."

The lack of cohesion and storytelling threatens to pull focus from a roster of talented individuals capable of delivering above and beyond how the card looks on paper. Buried beneath celebrity appearances and self congratulating nods to attendance numbers (which will undeniably be inflated) will be some incredible wrestling.

So who's fighting on night one in Las Vegas? We don't know the exact order yet, but we know who'll be performing and have a rough idea what the order will look like.

4. Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship

5. Seth Rollins vs. Gunther

6. The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend) (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria vs. The Bella Twins in a fatal four-way for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship

7. Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Randy Orton (with Pat McAfee) for the Undisputed WWE Championship
