Welcome to one of the least anticipated WrestleManias in the event's storied history.

A cascading effect of stale storylines, rising ticket prices and celebrity over-involvement have turned the biggest spectacle in professional wrestling into a disinterested shrug on the pro wrestling landscape. WrestleMania 42 will feature a handful of great matches and a hefty heaping of nonsense, whether in the form of a last-minute Pat McAfee insertion in night one's main event or the entirety of night two, which McAfee loudly told the world on national television is "[expletive]."

The lack of cohesion and storytelling threatens to pull focus from a roster of talented individuals capable of delivering above and beyond how the card looks on paper. Buried beneath celebrity appearances and self congratulating nods to attendance numbers (which will undeniably be inflated) will be some incredible wrestling.

So who's fighting on night one in Las Vegas? We don't know the exact order yet, but we know who'll be performing and have a rough idea what the order will look like.

1. The Vision (Logan Paul and Austin Theory) and IShowSpeed vs. The Usos and LA Knight

2. AJ Lee (c) vs. Becky Lynch for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship

3. Jacob Fatu vs. Drew McIntyre in an unsanctioned match

4. Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Liv Morgan for the Women's World Championship

5. Seth Rollins vs. Gunther

6. The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend) (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria vs. The Bella Twins in a fatal four-way for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship

7. Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Randy Orton (with Pat McAfee) for the Undisputed WWE Championship

How to watch WrestleMania 42 night 1

The first two matches will air on ESPN2. Then? It'll be exclusively streamed on ESPN's streaming service.
