Fallout: New Vegas Senior Designer and Writer Chris Avellone talked extensively about the Fallout franchise in a recent interview with YouTuber TKs-Mantis. Avellone (who also worked as a designer on Fallout 2 and on the canceled Van Buren project) claimed that, to his knowledge, Obsidian never provided the full source code of Fallout: New Vegas to Bethesda.
