According to reputable Hollywood online magazine TheWrap, the upcoming Battlefield movie is already locked in what could become the biggest bidding war of the year between almost all the major production studios: Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, Amazon MGM Studios, Sony, and Universal. The Battlefield movie adaptation was officially announced last week and already has two big names attached: recent Oscar-winning actor Michael B. Jordan, who will produce and potentially star in the film, and filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie, another Oscar winner who will write and direct. Netflix is redesigning its mobile app and introducing Clips, a vertical video feed intended to help users discover new content by sharing highlights from original Netflix programming.

Unchosen was a popular addition to Netflix's library, and there's plenty more hard-hitting drama available on the best streaming service.
