Brand Ai+ has announced the Pulse 2 in India, expanding its affordable smartphone portfolio with upgrades aimed at everyday users. Successor to last year’s AI+ Pulse, the new model focuses on battery endurance, smoother display performance, latest Android version, and improved cameras, while keeping pricing within reach for entry-level buyers.

Ai+ Pulse 2 specifications and features

The Ai+ Pulse 2 comes with a 6.745-inch HD+ display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling compared to its predecessor. The panel supports up to 450 nits typical brightness and includes 10-point touch support. Under the hood, the device runs on the Unisoc T7250 octa-core processor built on a 12nm process, paired with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC storage.

Photography is handled by a 50-megapixel dual AI rear camera setup, while the front camera has been upgraded to 8 megapixels for clearer selfies. The device packs a 6,000mAh Li-polymer battery with support for 18W fast charging. Despite the larger battery, Ai+ claims the phone maintains a slim profile in its category. The handset carries an IP64 rating for improved dust and splash resistance.

On the software front, the Pulse 2 ships with Android 16 layered with NxtQuantum OS. The updated platform is designed to deliver a cleaner interface and stable day-to-day performance. The phone will be available in Green, Blue, Pink, Purple and Black colour options.

Ai+ Pulse 2 price and availability

Ai+ Pulse 2 will be offered in two configurations. The 4GB+64GB variant is priced at Rs 5,999 (~$65) for the first 24 hours of sale, while the 6GB+128GB model will be available at Rs 7,999 (~$90) during the launch window. The sale starts on March 11 at 12pm via Flipkart.

In related news, Ai+ is also working on the Nova 2 series. Likely, the new lineup will be unveiled in the next few days in the country.
