Hisense has released its M7 Mini-LED TV series in the United States, targeting budget-conscious buyers seeking premium display technology. The lineup includes 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch models, with the smaller two sizes already available at Walmart for $278 and $298, respectively.

The M7 Series delivers 4K UHD resolution at 3,840 Γ— 2,160 pixels with a 60Hz refresh rate. Mini-LED backlighting enhances contrast by producing deeper blacks and brighter highlights than traditional LED displays. Hisense’s Hi-QLED Color technology aims to improve color accuracy and maintain visibility in well-lit environments.

The TV supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG formats. An AI-powered 4K upscaler analyzes textures and edges in lower-resolution content to reconstruct detail for improved sharpness. AI Smooth Motion reduces blur in fast-moving scenes, which can benefit sports and action content.

For gaming, the M7 includes Game Mode Plus with Variable Refresh Rate and Auto Low Latency Mode on the 60Hz panel. These features are designed to reduce input lag and screen tearing. A built-in Game Bar provides access to real-time performance settings.

The M7 runs Google TV, providing access to major streaming platforms including Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. Google Assistant enables voice control, while Google Cast supports wireless screen mirroring from compatible devices.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and multiple physical ports: four HDMI 2.0 inputs, USB 2.0 Type-A, Ethernet, optical audio output, cable/antenna input, and a 3.5mm AV composite jack.
