A forthcoming Honor smartphone has appeared with the model number LNA-AN00 in the database of China’s TENAA certification. This device is believed to carry the Honor X80i branding when it hits the Chinese market. The listing reveals several key specifications of the device, including details about its display, battery, cameras, and hardware configuration.

Honor X80i specifications

The TENAA listing reveals that the Honor X80i will feature a 6.6-inch OLED display that offers a resolution of 1200 x 2600 pixels. The phone is expected to be powered by a 2.6GHz octa-core processor, although the exact chipset name has not been confirmed yet.

In terms of memory configurations, the X80i may arrive with 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of RAM, along with storage options such as 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. The handset is listed with a 6,800mAh rated battery, suggesting that the typical capacity could be around 7,000mAh when officially announced.

For photography, the Honor X80i is expected to feature an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. On the rear, the device is equipped with a 50-megapixel primary camera, accompanied by an additional sensor as part of a dual-camera setup.

The X80i is also expected to feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster.  The TENAA listing further reveals that the handset measures 157.43 x 75.35 x 7.34mm and weighs around 185 grams, indicating a relatively slim profile despite packing a large battery.

While Honor has not officially confirmed the launch timeline yet, the appearance of the device on TENAA suggests that the Honor X80i may debut in China later this month.

Last year’s Honor X70i for the Chinese market was similar to the Honor 400 Lite, which debuted globally. Therefore, China’s Honor X80i could be somewhat similar to the Honor 600 Lite (model number LNA-NX1), which recently debuted in the global market.
