Samsung secures top spot in US ACSI customer care report

Samsung has once again become the top mobile phone brand for customer satisfaction in the 2026 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey. This is the third year in a row that Samsung has received the number one position.

The survey shows that good customer service is now one of the main reasons why people choose a brand. Around 66% of shoppers say they prefer companies that offer excellent support and easy service.

The survey collected opinions from thousands of customers in the United States from April 2025 to March 2026. Samsung received high ratings in important areas like battery life, phone performance, design, screen durability, call quality, and ease of use. Customers also appreciated the overall quality and value of Samsung devices.

Samsung’s AI features were another reason behind the company’s success. Tools like Live Translate, Note Assist, and Photo Assist help users save time and make daily tasks easier. Samsung reported that nearly 80% of Galaxy users have tried Galaxy AI features, and many people use them regularly.

The company also performed strongly among younger users, especially Gen Z customers. They praised Samsung for its fast performance, long battery life, smart AI tools, and reliable customer care.

Samsung is also improving its support services. Customers can now track their phone repairs online and receive real-time updates about repair status and warranty information.

Samsung Care offers same-day repairs, mail-in services, and more than 860 repair locations across the United States. With certified technicians, genuine Samsung parts, and flexible support options, Samsung continues to provide customers with a smooth, reliable, and trusted experience.
