The OriginOS 6 update, based on Android 16, has nearly reached all eligible high-end phones and is now expanding to mid-range phones. The latest to join the party is the iQOO Neo 10R. The update has arrived right on schedule and is planned to cover more Vivo and iQOO devices over the coming weeks.

The iQOO Neo 10R is getting the OriginOS 6 update (via) with the firmware version PD2352BF_EX_A_16.1.10.7.W30. For now, it’s available to those who have already installed the beta build. However, its expansion to other users shouldn’t take long.

For the beta users, the update package weighs just 137MB, as it only changes the beta state to stable, along with a few improvements. Non-beta users will receive a significantly larger update package with a download size of about 3-5GB.

If you’re rocking an iQOO Neo 10R, go to Settings > About phone > System updates to check for the available update. If the update isn’t available, check back again later. Major updates are usually rolled out in batches, and therefore, may take a little longer to reach your device.

OriginOS 6 is a pretty significant upgrade, especially for Vivo and iQOO devices outside China, as it marks the shift from Funtouch OS. It also brings meaningful quality-of-life upgrades, such as cross-device features for Windows and Mac, AI-powered captions and search, improved notes, file management, and optimized battery efficiency.
