Marriott International, Inc. and V&A Waterfront Holdings have officially confirmed their partnership to introduce The Cape Town EDITION at the V&A Waterfront in 2026. The upcoming Cape Town EDITION will boast 142 meticulously designed rooms and suites, offering a luxurious stay with exceptional dining options, including a rooftop bar as a standout feature. In addition to the hotel, the development will introduce The Residences at The Cape Town EDITION, featuring six exclusive private residences. Shanghai-based architectural firm Neri & Hu has been selected to design both the hotel and residences, working alongside the local StudioMAS.
