Jonathan Bailey's return to Bridgerton season 4 part 2 is 'super important to the dynamic' according to Netflix showrunner β but not just for Benedict
Googleβs Pixel phones had a head start with Audio Eraser, but Samsung is finally giving us something better. Instead of cleaning up audio after you record a video, One UI 8.5 lets you fix the sound while youβre watching it. At Unpacked, Samsung confirmed its AI Audio Eraser now works inside YouTube, Instagram, Netflix, TikTok and other apps.
Neither in Samsung Gallery nor in a separate editing screen, it now works inside the actual video stream. With the Galaxy S26 debuting One UI 8.5, real-time Audio Eraser now works directly inside apps like YouTube, Instagram, Netflix, and TikTok.
How it works in One UI 8.5
On the Galaxy S26 running One UI 8.5, Audio Eraser sits in the Quick Panel. Tap it while a video is playing and you get simple, clear controls. Thereβs a βVoice Focusβ toggle and a strength slider for noise removal.Β You slide it up and the crowd noise from the video fades in real-time.
Real-time Audio Eraser debuts on the Galaxy S26 with One UI 8.5, via 9to5Google. If history repeats itself, weβll likely see this land on the Galaxy S25, S24, and the latest foldables once One UI 8.5 rolls out more broadly.
Samsung rarely keeps software features locked to one generation for long. The S24 and S25 series already run advanced on-device AI tasks smoothly. Real-time audio filtering is demanding, but itβs not out of reach for those chipsets.
If One UI 8.5 brings this to the wider Galaxy lineup, it wonβt just be a spec sheet win for the S26. Itβll be a quality-of-life upgrade for millions of users.
