BetBoom Team has won the PGL Wallachia Season 8 Dota 2 tournament, beating Aurora in the grand final to claim the team’s first major trophy of the current season.

After a somewhat mixed performance throughout the 25/26 Dota 2 season, BetBoom seems to be finding form at just the right time, with the win at PGL Wallachia Season 8 showcasing what the team can do. In the grand final, BetBoom easily dispatched Aurora 3-0, and looked to be a clear step ahead of all the other teams in the competition.

BetBoom eased through the Swiss group stage, with a 3-0 record that included wins over Team Liquid, Virtus.Pro and Team Falcons, three squads that have all placed highly at other events this season. Once they hit the playoff stage they dominated Team Spirit 2-0, before coming out on top in a much closer match against Team Liquid.

Then it was time for the first matchup against Aurora, who also went 3-0 in the Swiss group stage and took down South American Rejects and Parivision 2-1 in the early stages of the upper bracket. When the two teams clashed for the first time it was a back and forth series with some very long games, including a marathon 82 minute battle, but eventually BetBoom came out on top to secure a spot in the grand final.

Aurora would go on to beat Team Falcons 2-0 in the lower bracket to set up a rematch in the final, but BetBoom just looked to be a clear step ahead on the final day. They took the opening two games of the grand final with ease, despite the first going over an hour, and made Aurora look like they had no answers in map two. Map three started out a little closer than the others, but by the mid game BetBoom had a comfortable lead that they never lost. The grand final featured Shannon "SUNSfan" Scotten and Troels Lyngholt "syndereN" Nielsen as casters, with the former having just announced a release date for his Relic Arena game.

The win gives BetBoom their first trophy of the season, last winning PGL Wallachia Season 5 back in June 2025, and the $300,000 first place prize. After being a mid tier side for the last few months, they finally seem to have found something that allows them to take the next step, and with The International just a few months away the timing could not be better. While they may not be the overall favorite right now, a few more results like this over the coming weeks could see BetBoom become the top contender heading into the biggest event of the Dota 2 calendar.

On a weekend that is light in professional boxing events, Chrisean Rock's celebrity crossover fight could be the most compelling boxing card for fans to watch. The reality TV star makes her boxing debut against Zenith Zion. Interested? Here's all the info you need on the card and how you can watch.

What Time Does Chrisean Rock Vs. Zenith Zion Start And Where Is It?

The show begins at 7:30 p.m. ET. It's unclear when Rock and Zion will walk to the ring, and if you're interested in this fight, you'll definitely want to see the ring walks. However, it's safe to imagine we could see Rock and Zion in the ring between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET.

The XRumble Fighting Championships card comes from Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack in Chester, Pennsylvania, just outside Philly. The event window runs until around midnight ET.

How Can You Watch Chrisean Rock Vs. Zenith Zion?

The PPV cost isn't too bad. If this were the price for real boxing PPVs, most fans wouldn't complain. For this fight, we'll see how many fans are interested enough to tune in.

The card is exclusively on TrillerTV PPV for $29.99, with replays included once you buy in. There’s no DAZN, ESPN+ or traditional cable option for this one, so TrillerTV is the only route if you want to catch Rock and Zion live.

What Is The Full Card For Rock Vs. Zion?

Besides Rock, the other attraction for this card is the boxing debut of Fatimah Mayweather, Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s sister. We're looking at something of a variety fight night that might wind up as a guilty pleasure purchase for boxing fans.

Fatimah’s co-main opponent is Venus Marcial, and the undercard fills out with additional bouts, celebrity appearances and a ring-girl competition. Rock has been training under Calvin Ford, Gervonta Davis’ longtime coach, after an early viral sparring session with Ryan Garcia. Zion, a former AWA Women’s Television Champion from Philly, was selected out of 5,824 applicants who wanted the fight.

  • Main Event: Chrisean "Holy Hands" Rock vs. Zenith Zion — 3 rounds, women's celebrity boxing
  • Co-Main: Fatimah Mayweather vs. Vicious Venus Marcial — boxing debut for Mayweather
  • Undercard: Additional bouts announced at XRumble's March 18 press conference, specific pairings TBA
  • Entertainment: Live music performances, AllHipHop Music Performance Contest, celebrity guests, hosted by Josh from YNC

Should You Pay $29.99 For Chrisean Rock Vs. Zenith Zion?

I'll never tell another boxing fan how to spend their money. If you're legitimately interested, go for it. I'll be watching and I'll have the results and perhaps highlights from the event.

The 3-round main event limits what either fighter can do, and both enter 0-0 with no pro experience, so manage expectations on the quality of the boxing itself. If the appeal for you is the spectacle side of the sport, this one is priced right for a curiosity buy.
