Get Ready For The Most Exciting Boat Show Debut With Aquila’s New Power Catamaran In Clearwater

Clearwater, Florida, a center for marine development, will begin a new chapter for Aquila Catamarans, leading the company to showcase the 45 Sport, their first Aquila-powered Sport model in the newly designed series, at the Miami International Boat Show. As the leading power catamaran company, Aquila Catamarans continuously enhances its products, and with the 45 Sport, it plans to offer a revolutionary performance, an exciting new design, and innovative technology to its clientele.

In the 45 Sport, Aquila Catamarans instills pride with a design to maximize customer pleasure in all aspects of boating. Whether for daily charters, short excursions, or entertaining, the 45 Sport with its powerful engines and distinctive styling is designed for people who demand the utmost from their boating experience. The 45 Sport is going to raise the benchmark for all sport boats with its unique social areas, outstanding speed, and unmatched luxury, a remarkable feat in the world of sport boats.

Performance and Innovation: A New Era of Catamarans

The design of the hull in the 45 Sport has double-stepped technology, meaning performance is tailored suited for for high efficiency and speed in the water. The innovative performance of the hull keeps the boat stable while moving at high speed. The Mercury Verado V12 twin 600 HP outboard engines give the 45 Sport the ability to go over 50 mph. This provides an opportunity for boaters to spend more time out on the water as the travel time reduces. Having a cruising speed of 38-40 mph is the perfect balance between efficiency and comfort over long distances.

With the distance travel efficiency and speed in mind, it is easy to note that a big part of the 45 Sport model is the technological innovation of Mercury engines and new hull technology. The tailored build of the 45 Sport gives the boat the ability to traverse challenging offshore conditions with ease while providing the comfort of a stabilized and smooth ride.

A Custom-Designed Modern Look For a Lover of Luxury Boating

Mimicking the design of a luxury SUV, the Aquila 45 Sport boasts a chic, modernized design with sharp lines that amplify the performance-oriented nature of the boat. Partnered with Florida design firm Yacht Design Works, the 45 Sport blends both style and functionality, producing a top-tier boat in both performance and look.

Sleek and modernized, the boat’s exterior design presents a commanding and powerful presence on the water. Every modern detail that makes up the silhouette, along with the performance-built hull, was all crafted with luxury in mind. Thanks to the bold design, the 45 Sport is just as fast as it is a showstopper.

Outstanding Entertainment Options and Connectivity Onboard

One of the most unique characteristics of the Aquila 45 Sport is the emphasis on entertainment and connectivity. This new model introduces a first-in-class technology, which is the full cross-integration with Android and iOS devices. Through this innovation, owners are empowered the ability to control and monitor all electrical components, including underwater lights, LED accent lights, C-Zone systems, Mercury engine data, Raymarine navigation, and Fusion stereo systems directly from their smartphones. This unique innovation truly uplifts the boating experience and keeps the operators in sync with their vessels.

The aft deck is purposely built for socialization, and the design includes fold-up terraces, which add 19 feet of deck space to allow guests to come closer to the water. There is flexible seating, which is reconfigurable to a sunbed or a dining area, and the deck can include a plug-in BBQ and TV to make it the ultimate entertainment area. The 45 Sport is built for all modern boating and lifestyle activities, from a social day out with friends to a calming getaway.

Spacious and Comfortable Interiors for Extended Stays

When designing the Aquila 45 Sport, the goal was not only to achieve gold and performance for the competition, but also to make the boats available to the general public to enjoy on vacations and extended charters. Down below in the comfort of the cabin, a king-size memory foam mattress is available for a great night’s sleep, and a private head with an electric flush is available. Also on board is a custom off-grid lithium battery for AC, perfect for a comfortable stay during offshore trips.

A large spacious deck fitted with sun loungers for relaxing out in the sun, and there are 92 gallons of concealed waterproof storage available beneath the loungers. Whether you`re after convenience, comfort, or a luxury boating experience, the 45 was designed to achieve all three.

Vessel Specifications and Construction

At 46’6” with a 15’2” beam and a 2′ draft with the engines up, the Sport is 45 designed to do just about anything you could dream of doing on the water, and do it in style. The Sport is also CE certified for B, C, and D classes, meaning it meets the highest standards for safety on the water.

Aquila’s use of vinyl ester resin encapsulates its commitment to quality construction. This construction technique allows for flexibility and is resistant to damage, as well as moisture absorption, which is a further tech refinement for adverse sea conditions. There is no wood used in the structural components, nor is there wood used below the waterline. In turn, this model will stand the test of time, ensuring peace of mind to its owners for years to come.

A New Standard for Power Catamarans

Aquila now arguably sits at the forefront of the power catamaran market with the introduction of the Aquila 45 Sport. This model takes high performance and modernized technology, incorporating it into a highly praised design. This vessel achieves industry firsts in a variety of sport boat technologies and designs. The 45 Sport was designed to perform flawlessly on the water, allowing anyone to cruise, explore, or entertain.

Looking for the best of the best in speed, luxury, and technology? Look no further than the Aquila 45 Sport.
