Alisson, who previously played in Serie A with Roma before his move to Anfield in 2018, is open to the move.
While he is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, his reputation as one of the game’s elite goalkeepers remains untarnished, prompting Juventus to prepare an ambitious swoop for his services.
Romano: Alisson Becker keen on return but will respect Liverpool
Despite the lure of a return to Italy, Alisson is not looking to force an exit. Fabrizio Romano noted on X that while the 33-year-old likes the idea of the move, he holds “huge respect” for Liverpool and will assess his future in coordination with the club.
“Juventus want to sign a top GK this summer and Alisson is seen as dream target. Liverpool extended his contract until 2027 but talks with Alisson and Mamardasvhili’s camp will take place in the next weeks. Alisson likes the idea of returning to Italy but respects #LFC and wants to assess his future with the club.”

Liverpool recently triggered a one-year extension in Alisson’s contract, tying him to the club until June 2027.
This ensures the Reds maintain strong bargaining power should they decide to sell.
However, earlier reports suggest that Alisson has already agreed personal terms with Juventus, leaving the ball in Liverpool’s hierarchy’s court.
Liverpool should not sell Alisson
Selling the Brazilian would be seen as a significant risk for Liverpool.
Alisson has been a massive part of Liverpool’s success in recent years, playing a key role in the club winning several trophies including two Premier League titles and the Champions League.
He is not only a world-class shot stopper but remains arguably the best 1-v-1 goalkeeper in world football.
And despite the presence of Giorgi Mamardashvili, Liverpool look a lot more solid at the back with Alisson Becker in goal.
Furthermore, it will be even more difficult to replace the leadership and experience he brings to the team.
With Mohamed Salah set to leave the club at the end of the season along with Andy Robertson, who too will leave as a free agent in the summer, the Reds will have already lost two massive personalities in the dressing room.
Which is all the more reason to stick with the Brazilian for at least another few years.
