Florida CB Jameer ‘Jamroc’ Grimsley plans to enter the NCAA transfer portal, per On3’s Hayes Fawcett. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Grimsley spent two seasons in Gainesville, redshirting in 2024 before entering this fall as a redshirt freshman. As a true freshman, Grimsley played in two games and made his collegiate debut vs. Texas.

He was used sparingly in 2025 as well, logging a total of 27 snaps during three games. He made his first career start vs. Mississippi State, where he logged one tackle against the Bulldogs. It was his first career tackle.
