West Ham and Crystal Palace chasing bargain deal for 13-goal African star

15 May 2026 at 00:00

Crystal Palace and West Ham United are interested in signing the Senegal International attacker Pape Moussa Fall.

The 21-year-old has done quite well for RAAL La Louviere on loan from Metz. He could prove to be a quality long-term acquisition for the London clubs. He has 13 goals to his name this season, and he could cost around €6 million, as per TEAMtalk.

West Ham and Crystal Palace certainly have the financial muscle to afford him, and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done.

The opportunity to move to the Premier League will be exciting for the African. He is a young player with a lot of potential, and regular football in England could bring out the best in him. He is a towering forward with an imposing frame. He has the physicality for English football, and he could develop into a key player for either club.

West Ham is fighting for survival in the Premier League. They will struggle to attract quality players if they go down. They need to secure safety before signing the 21-year-old.

On the other hand, Crystal Palace is looking to win the UEFA Europa Conference League. They could be playing Europa League football next season, and that will make them an attractive destination.

They need more quality in the attacking unit, and the 21-year-old could be ideal for them. It remains to be seen whether Metz is prepared to sanction his departure. They could decide to keep him at the club after the impressive loan spell.

The valuation seems quite reasonable for a player of his talent and potential. He could prove to be a major bargain at that price.
