Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 Smart Glasses Officially Drop in India This Month

The company has just announced that the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 smart glasses will be available in the Indian market on 21st November 2025. These smart wearables will be available for purchase via Reliance Digital, Amazon India, and Flipkart. As of right now, the e-retailer microsites have gone live, with the Amazon listing offering a sign up to notify users of its release. The Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 arrives in multiple frame and lens options. So you can buy the frames with prescription, sun, polarized, and transition lenses.

With a full color display support with a resolution of 1280 x 1280 pixels per eye. You get camera on the front that can take 12MP still shots and 6MP video recording. There is also Meta AI integration with the voice activation being “Hey Meta”. Users can use this launch command, users can get information search and hands free control. For the Indian market, Meta Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 smart glasses supports Hindi and even Celebrity AI voice with Deepika Padukone’s voice as an interactive option.

Other notable features include the Restyle command to help transform pictures, UPI Lite payment support, 3rd Gen Hexagon NPU, WiFi 7 support, an LED indicator for privacy, and a compact charging case. The pricing details will likely be revealed on the launch date, so stick around for more.
