Vivo unveiled the Vivo X200 FE, which came equipped with a Dimensity 9300 Plus chip. Now, the Vivo X300 FE has appeared on Geekbench, revealing that it will feature not only a more powerful but also a newer Snapdragon chip. Here’s a look at the details surfaced through the Geekbench listing.

The Vivo X300 FE, which bears the model number V2537, has appeared on Geekbench today. The listing reveals that it is powered by a Qualcomm chip, which comprises six cores operating at 3.32GHz, two performance cores running at 3.80GHz, and an Adreno 829 GPU. These chip details suggest that the X300 FE is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.

The listing further reveals that the Vivo X300 FE has 12GB of RAM and Android 16, which should have OriginOS 6 on top. In the single-core and multi-core Geekbench 6.5 tests, the device scored 2701 and 8180 points, respectively. Now that the device has passed a couple of certifications and appeared on Geekbench, it seems that it may launch as early as next month (March).

So far, it has been approved by India’s BIS, Singapore’s IMDA, Bluetooth SIG, and TUV. While IMDA has confirmed NFC support among other connectivity features, the TUV listing revealed that it may support 90W charging.

In December 2025, Vivo launched the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro for the global market. Since that time, there have been reports that the X300 FE is also in the works. This device was spotted with model number V2537 at the Bluetooth SIG certification with its final marketing name and has already been certified by India’s BIS and Europe’s EEC. Now, the device has bagged more certifications, suggesting that its launch could be approaching.

The Vivo X300 FE is believed to be closely related to the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which recently debuted in China. Vivo has previously rebranded the China’s Vivo S30 Pro Mini for global markets under the X200 FE name, making this strategy likely once again.

Under the hood, this compact flagship could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for improved performance and faster data handling. It is also expected to ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 17, along with a 6,500mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
