Galaxy S26 Ultra US deal takes a weird turn with free double storage
Galaxy S26 series was launched on February 25, preorders closed last night and worldwide sale opened today. Then came a weird twist: Samsung suddenly revived free double storage deal on the Galaxy S26 Ultra in the US.
Samsung offered free double storage toward the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus and S26 Ultra as a preorder deal in the US. However, some shoppers are still seeing the 2x storage freebie, while trade-in values slashed sharply.
Adding the Employee Purchase Program (EPP) benefit, the overall cost reduces by $75 more via LarrySWhite. The latest effective price to get the Galaxy S26 Ultra (after preorders ended) is as follows:
- 512GB β $1234.99
- 1TB β 1424.99
Both prices include an additional $75 discount through EPP. Even if you donβt qualify for EPP, the Galaxy S26 Ultra can be yours with double storage. You are paying for 256GB, but getting the upper tier with 512GB internal storage.
Pay attention, not every US resident is seeing the offer on the official website. Some can access it on Samsung.com website and the Shop app. Some are not seeing anywhere, including the online shop website or the Shop application.
If youβre willing to get the latest flagship and missed the Reserve and preorders period, itβs the biggest opportunity. While storage freebie revived for some, the trade-in values are no longer impressive like before.
