Watch: Galaxy S26 Ultra survives insane 150-meter drop thanks to Mous case

Galaxy S26 Ultra impressively survived a drop test (not the camera lenses), and a new video is going viral that shows the phone remained functional after facing a 150-meter skyscraper-level drop with a Mous case.

Mous, a high-performance accessory maker, tested the Galaxy S26 Ultra with a case installed against a 150-meter drop. The phone has been dropped from that skyscraper-level height and the outcome is impressive.

A video published by Mous on Facebook shows the 150-meter drop test. Not that the phone was not naked, but donned a case made by Mous. It is all about advertising the performance of the case, but the phone itself is rock solid.

When dropped, the phone travelled toward the surface like a bird. The video also shows the middle part where the device was flying in the air. Video recording was also started before the drop, which was stopped after landing.

The result? Impressive.

Someone from the Mous team picked up the S26 Ultra after its successful landing. The video recording was still running, with the video shows the part when the phone touched the surface and had some jumps as well.

The screen was working as before, with no cracks on it. The back, which is made of glass, no worries. The case ensured the phone remains safe. The situation would have been worse if the phone dropped without a Mous case.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S26 series in late February, with worlwise sale started on March 11. Preorder perks are over, double storage benefits are now unavailable and trade-in values have been reduced significantly.

Fast forward to November 1st of this year, and my wife and I signed the final documents to get the keys to our new home. Autonomous actually reached out to us much earlier in the year and sent samples of both their Desk 5 Pro and ErgoChair Ultra (in black and white to match the Wccftech logo), but remained sealed in a box until I finally had the space to install a brand new desk.
