SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Lake View Chiefs varsity soccer just concluded their regular season celebrating a 4th consecutive undefeated season in district, and 5th consecutive district title overall.

The Chiefs hosted Abilene Cooper for a tune up game before their playoffs start Friday afternoon against El Paso Austin. Head Coach Kyle Jones mentioned, he didn’t want the guys to go an entire week without action and it is something they do whenever they can.

The Chiefs rallied back from down 2-0 and in the final 7 or so minutes of the exhibition match, would notch the tying goal to force penalty kicks. The fellas lost the penalty kicks 3-1 to end their evening, as they now turn their attention to the Panthers for the opening round of the playoffs.
