Xiaomi’s Sleek New Power Bank Drops in Europe
The Chinese tech giant has officially announced the Xiaomi Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 in the European region. This thin and lightweight power bank was first spotted in the region back in July, and is finally rolling out in the UK, Italy, and France. As the name suggests, the power bank has a slim profile that measures just 8.7mm thick and weighs around 122 grams.

The highlight of the Xiaomi Super Slim Power Bank is the wireless charging pad on the front, which houses 17 neodymium magnets to hold your phone in place. Looking at the official marketing material, this accessory is clearly meant to work with products like the iPhone. Xiaomi claims that the magnets are capable of holding over five times the weight of the iPhone 16. It can charge your device wirelessly at 15W, but users also get 22W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
Xiaomi’s Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank packs a sizeable 5,000mAh battery pack, features integrated LEDs to indicate battery life, and dual NTC sensors to prevent overheating. The body of the power bank uses an aluminum body and arrives in four color options, namely black, blue, gold, and purple. However, the Xiaomi Super Slim Magnetic Power Bank 5000 is listed in Spain in a single black option for 21.99 Euros.
