Samsung might bring advanced EUV machines to xAI at Taylor Fab
Samsung Foundry is working closely with xAI to expand its new business in the US. The company is currently preparing its semiconductor factory to produce advanced AI chips to meet the growing demand around the world.
According to the information via @Jukan05, Samsung Foundry has signed a new deal with xAI to bring new business to its US chip plant in Taylor, Texas. The company has reportedly ordered three advanced EUV machines for xAI at the Taylor Fab. These machines are essential for making the latest, most powerful computer chips.
The Taylor fab is part of Samsung’s plan to grow its chip production in the US. Recently, the company got big orders from Tesla, Apple, and Nvidia. These orders show there is a high demand for AI chips and advanced technology.

Samsung plans to start installing equipment at the Taylor fab early next year. At the same time, logistics companies, including Lake Materials will set up hubs in South Korea and the US to make sure the factory can run smoothly.
